LATA-Bay West Joint Venture Awarded $17.4M in Task Orders under its USACE Kansas City District PRAC

ST. PAUL, Minn. (September 23, 2011)—Bay West, Inc. announced that it has been awarded, in conjunction with our JV partner Los Alamos Technical Associates (LATA), three task orders for more than $17.4M of environmental services at sites for the Kansas City District US Army Corps of Engineers and its customers, including US EPA Region 2. Task orders include waste management at the Cornell Dubilier Electronics Superfund Site, NJ; in situ pilot study, remedial design/engineering at the Nebraska Ordnance Plant, NE; and, remedial action at the Schilling Atlas Missile Site S-5, KS. The $25M, 5-year, Pre-placed Remedial Action Contract (PRAC) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, and LATA is the lead JV member.
