On Sunday, June 17th, the Star Tribune published “Top Workplaces 2012”— a list of the 160 best places to work in Minnesota.

Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions about company leadership, communication, career opportunities, workplace environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. Based on the number of high quality workplaces that participated, 100 Top Workplaces are being recognized, as well as a list of an additional 60 companies that met the national standards to be designated a Top Workplace. Over 1,360 organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and nearly 71,200 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organization's shared their views.

We are honored to be recognized as one of these 60 National Standard Top Workplaces. Especially since the judges were our employees!

The results of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by WorkplaceDynamics, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 1,360 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
