We are US Coast Guard classified OSRO for spill removal in rivers and canals, meeting response preparation requirements for facilities or vessels regulated by the Oil Pollution Act (OPA) 90. We are a regional leader in OSRO responses, equipment and trained personnel.

We offer 24-hour emergency spill personnel and equipment responses, facility response plan preparation, equipment deployment drills, customized tabletop exercises and site-specific plan training.

Referral Rewards

Bay West introduces our "OSRO referral program." Each time an existing Bay West OSRO customer refers a new OSRO customer, and that referred company contracts with us for OSRO services, we'll issue a $500 referral bonus to the referring OSRO customer.

To earn this bonus, simply send us an email stating what client you've referred to us, and ask the referred client to let us know they heard about Bay West from you. Once they've paid in full, you get a $500 check.
