Bay West announces Christina Vail as VP and GM of Federal Programs

Bay West announces hiring of Christina Vail as Vice President and General Manager of Federal Programs.

Bay West LLC, an environmental consulting and industrial services company headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, is pleased to announce the hiring of Christina Vail as Vice President and General Manager of Federal Programs. In this position she will lead the growth and expansion of our Federal environmental services.

Christina comes to Bay West with more than 30 years of diverse leadership experience within the environmental, Defense R&D and engineering industry. She is knowledgeable in all major environmental regulations to include, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Her past clients include US Air Force, US Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Command, National Parks Service and other federal agencies. She is experienced in prospect identification, strategic capture planning and proposal development for federal clients.
