Bay West announces James Irwin as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Bay West announces hiring of James Irwin as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Bay West LLC, an environmental consulting and industrial services company headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, is pleased to announce the hiring of James Irwin as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO has primary day-to-day responsibility for all financial-related activities of Bay West. In addition, the CFO oversees the IT department to align systems to effectively support the organization.

James brings a positive outlook with a willingness to challenge assumptions in a collaborative way. His experience in forecasting and modeling will help to grow Bay West and provide the level of visibility to help better manage the business. James has a BS in accounting from Minnesota State, Mankato, and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at the University of Chicago. The first 24 years of James’ career at Alumacraft Boat Co. saw him grow in many key leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance, Executive Vice President and for the last 10 years as President. Most recently James served as CFO/Integrator and Interim VP of Operations at Etail Solutions. James has a proven track record of building strong teams, encouraging and empowering the team to grow and execute on the company’s strategy.

A long time Minnesotan, James is a big fan of all Minnesota Sports; especially the Twins. Whether enjoying local bike rides and hikes or traveling, James and his Wife Ellana love to explore the world. As grandfather of four (plus), and father of four, James most enjoys spending time with his family.
