Bay West Hires New Federal Program Manager

New Hire Michael Hoxie’s Experience Enhances Growing Federal Program.

Bay West LLC, an environmental and industrial services company, recently hired Michael Hoxie, PMP, as a Federal Program Manager who will support Bay West’s growing federal environmental and munitions remediation programs. He brings more than 30 years of program management with the US Army, Department of Energy, and Department of Defense. His experience includes working on hazardous, toxic, wastes (HTW) and military munitions response program (MMRP) sites under CERCLA and RCRA around the country.

As a Construction Engineer in the US Army, Mr. Hoxie managed numerous construction projects in the US and abroad and supervised staff in excess of 750 people. Mr. Hoxie retired from the US Army in 2009 as a Colonel. Since then, he has supported remediation action work with the US Navy, DOE, and US Army managing a wide variety of projects, including UXO investigations, removal and rapid response actions, landfill closures, and groundwater/fuel recovery projects. He most recently supported a multi‐task order project to install radiation portal monitors at multiple international locations.

With Bay West, he will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, client relations, and business development, and will be supporting Bay West through its corporate office in St Paul, MN.
