This course is designed for treating adult patients utilizing the latest standards for first aid providers (29 CFR 1910.151, 29 CFR 1926.23), as established bythe International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), First Aid Task Force, the American Heart Association, and the American Red Cross.
A blend of visual, video, verbal, and hands-on instruction is used to create a mixed learning environment in which students can learn-then-do, with CPR dummies providing immediate feedback as skills are practiced.
