USACE Omaha awards Small Business PRAC: The $176.25M capacity, 5-year contract includes Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) and Munitions Services

Bay West-Ahtna Joint Venture has been awarded a Small Business Pre-Placed Remedial Action Contract (PRAC) by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District for environmental and munitions remediation services to support the USACE Northwestern Division (NWD), the Omaha District, and its customers. This contract is an ID/IQ multiple award task order contract (MATOC) and part of the USACE Multiple Environmental Government Acquisition (MEGA) Strategy for Environmental Remediation Services (ERS).

USACE Omaha awards Small Business PRAC to Bay West-Ahtna JV

The Bay West-Ahtna JV brings together two established firms with a combined 45-year history of completing work for the Department of Defense (DoD), USACE, and NWD customers.  Bay West LLC (Bay West), a Small Business, has performed >$400M in federal work since 1992.  Ahtna Engineering Services, LLC (Ahtna) is a Small Disadvantaged Business with 16 years of experience working for the DoD. Ahtna is one of five subsidiaries within the Ahtna Group of Companies, which together have completed >$374M for USACE.

The Bay West-Ahtna Program Management Office in St. Paul, MN is supported by a combination of 32 offices nationwide. Both firms also have records of successfully delivering solutions to customers while keeping health and safety at the forefront of business practices.
