Bay West Hires Vice President of Commercial Programs

Bay West LLC, an environmental consulting and industrial services company headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, has brought on Mr. Scott Tracy as their new Vice President, Commercial Programs. Mr. Tracy will be responsible for working collaboratively to develop and execute strategies to grow the company’s commercial, state, and local market sectors. He will also serve on the Management Team, helping provide corporate leadership for Bay West.
Mr. Tracy has over 25 years of industry experience in project management, remediation, and business development for companies that operated in numerous markets under environmental engineering and consulting, serving a diverse collection of clients in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Tracy has a nuclear engineering degree (with a minor in English and journalism) from Iowa State University.

Mr. Tracy and his wife, Jina Tracy, live in the Linden Hills area of Minneapolis and are parents of two sons and two daughters. Mr. Tracy spends his free time training for and competing in triathlons and exercises his creative side writing sci-fi novels.
